At Sublimation Blanks LTD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your crafting supplies. If your items are unused and in their original packaging, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused blanks in their original internal packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Items
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our central warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the items to ensure they are in resellable condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
