What are sublimation blanks?
Sublimation blanks are specialized products with a high-quality polyester coating or content designed to receive dye-sublimation ink transfers when heat and pressure are applied.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For large bulk orders, processing may take an additional 48 hours to ensure secure palletization and quality checks.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your blanks arrive chipped or broken, please submit a photo of the damage to our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Do you provide time and temperature settings for your products?
Yes, every product page includes recommended heat press settings. Please note these are starting points, as different heat press brands may require slight adjustments.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For high-volume corporate accounts, we also offer bank transfer options.
Are your blanks dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our ceramic mugs and tumblers are rated for top-rack dishwasher use and are microwave safe, though we recommend hand-washing to preserve the vibrancy of the sublimated image over time.
